@cognac_jewellery_school is SO good. โThis is my favourite low-tech soldering hack for tiny hinges: Prevent accidentally soldering them closed with a soft graphite pencil & rod (pencil refills work perfectly). Hold the hinge parts in place with the rod, and use the pencil to draw on any moving pieces you donโt want to solder. The graphite will prevent the solder from flowing where you donโt want it to go and save you from hours of frustration and tiny hinge disasters!โ Beautiful video and a great technique!
