“A cost effective way to create your own draw bench using a boat winch and brackets. All you need a suitable length of wood around 120cm x 23cm. Attach the boat winch (aka hand winch) at one each and these heavy duty angle brackets at the other, we used washers and coach bolts to secure in place. Then you just need to clip on some draw tongs to the winch strap and you can get cracking on drawing down wire!”
