@dannysaathoff - "This is one of the best things I've done to keep flex shaft foot-pedals from getting away; mount them to a piece of plywood. My foot-pedals were always moving around and getting away from me, sometimes getting mixed up. By mounting them to a board, they stay organized and tend not to move out of reach. I added a strip of wood to make room for the nut on the backside but it actually helps angle them a bit more which I like. Not all foot-pedals have holes for mounting, especially the metal ones but they're pretty easy to drill through. It's a simple and easy modification!"
