Organization tips from @radi_cal_jewelryco 😍 - “As many of you know, I NEED to be organized. At all times. It’s a blessing and a curse😂 Even in the midst of creating, my bench is fairly clean. I’ve had a few of you ask me advice on this matter...

So as I’m gearing up for this next collection and getting everything in order, I figured I’d share some of my fave organization tips!

✨My favorite way to keep my stones organized is this neat 6 drawer box. As your collection grows, the drawers can easily stack up onto eachother!

✨A desk calendar is a MUST!! It help keeps your schedule all out in the open and it’s always easily accessible to write down notes/ideas and schedule posts

✨I use a hanging filing shelve for all my wire. I have the cubbies labeled for gold fill, round wire, half round and so on. Thank you @spiritmountainsilver for this tip!

✨If you’re like me and drop collections all at once, I LOOOOOVE using note cards and double sided tape to organize my ideas and stones by design. It helps me see the collection as a whole and ensures I have a little bit of a variety in styles and sizes

✨Gotta have a pegboard to hang your tools! I got mine at IKEA and they make a ton of different attachments for it, so it can be super personalized to what you need!

✨Last but not least, I label errrrrthang! I like to print out product item numbers and stick them on my organizers to make reordering inventory super easy!
