@renaissancewaxbypicreator to hold my Patina stain on finished pieces but I also use it where I DON’T want stain to go. If I know going into a piece that I want the silver to stay extra bright and not be stained all over I will put RW anywhere that I don’t want stained. This is a simple and easy process that saves a lot of time on the backend polishing and having to remove the stain where it wasn’t wanted. I used the wax on the first two hoops on the inside of the hoop that I didn’t want stained, on the third I left it without to show the difference. After neutralizing you can see in the last frames the first two hoops are bright and silver on the inside and the third is stained and that much work for me now in the end !
