Here is a tip for sawing multiples from
@daniellerobichaudjewelry - “I have a tip that I use when cutting duplicates/multiples of something in sheet. Rubber cement! Cut at least 2 pieces of sheet (I have even done 4 if I have the right saw blades) and coat the contact sides with a thin layer of rubber cement. Let completely dry. Then press the sheets together firmly and scribe/draw design or lay tape of design. Then start sawing! In my example I’m sawing two teardrops to get two identical sets. Once sawing is complete, you can also gently file and sand the edges for uniformity. The sheets then peel apart. The rubber cement easily rubs off the surfaces of the metal and as an extra step, you can also wash with dish soap, warm water and a brass brush to remove any bits of cement that may remain. Before to remove the rubber cement before annealing or soldering! Heating it would be bad. ☠️" Thank you so much for taking the time to share Danielle! Rubber cement is super useful!
