I make a little divet with a punch or drill bit into the back of the earring where I want the post to be attached. Then hold the posts with the tweezers and put them in the right position. Then I have both my hands free to solder. I like this method because I always feel shaky when holding the tweezer and trying to put it in the right place and position." June I love your set up!
