Here is a solution to keep your screw mandrels from accidentally scratching your work ( while using your rotary) from
@robinbaskindesigns -“Cut a small piece of moleskin and stick on the screw top, make sure it’s just big enough to cover all the metal and push it around firmly with your fingers. The moleskin also works for other things, for example I use it on glasses where the nose pieces are (and on optivisor headband) so they don’t dig in or slide down. I buy the drugstore brand, nothing fancy. It has just enough adhesive to stay put yet it’s easy to remove. It stays on a long time, just keep an eye on your mandrels and if it’s wearing thin simply pull the old one off and put on a new one (I’ve been known to stick a new piece on top😬).” YASSSS I love this because I’ve been known to scratch 🙋♀️😬 thank you soooo much for sharing!
