Here  is  a  tool  maintenance  tip  and  some  excellent  advice  from  @purifiedbill  -“Gotta  keep  those  pushers  clean!  just  like  hammers,  if  you  have  dings  or  scratches  on  your  bezel  pushers,  you  will  get  dings  and  scratches  on  your  bezels!  I  use  1200  grit  sand  paper/sanding  belt  to  polish  up  my  pushers.  But  really  its  up  to  the  user.  The  more  polished  they  are  the  more  they  slide.  Using  something  like  600  grit  will  make  it  more  grippy  if  you  like  to  roll  the  pusher  rather  than  slide  it!  
Also  it’s  great  to  have  as  many  shapes,  sizes  and  types  as  you  can.  Steel,  brass,  delrin,  wood,  try  everything  you  can  think  of!  I  can't  tell  you  how  many  times  a  setting  wasn't  going  well  and  I  switch  pushers  and  boom  perfect!”  Thanks  so  much  Bill!
