Here is a simple, but game changing organizational tip from @bearandtheadelaide - I started using Jessie's method of hanging clipboards on my studio wall and now have my custom orders, supply order list and to-do list all at glance. How I used to do it was I would write things on a million post-it notes and scraps of paper that I would leave behind in my studio or car, or they'd end up in my purse. 🤦‍♀️ I now use these lists religiously because whenever I'm in the middle of working I think of things I need to buy or I'll have an idea for a tip for this page and I just jot it down. For those like me who have studio spaces outside their homes, the best part is I take the entire to-do list clipboard with me, that way I don't forget to order the items on my list. Jessie has been using this system for a long time to help with organization as well as productivity and wanted to share it with other jewelers. She created these jeweler specific templates to help organize custom orders, made to order and supply ordering. There is a to-do list on her website that is currently a freebie!
